Books & Reading Support

Independent Living Aids offers National Library Service (NLS) talking book players that can be used to listen to free talking books from the NLS.  We also offer a few large print reference books such as a large print dictionary, and large print crossword and Sudoku books.  When reading from your own books, a reading stand can help maintain good posture and positioning when using a magnifying lens.  If you are looking for a Bible, we also offer different versions of an audio bible, both in English and Spanish.  Text to Speech (OCR) scanners can also turn print material into spoken material for easier accessibility.
